1) The place to do yoga should be flat, clean and quiet. Such a place should be done with intense yoga by throwing satranji.
(2) While doing yoga, one should dress according to the season. Diapers for men, Punjabi dress or slaks are more suitable for women.
(3) Yoga should be done in the morning after hobby cleansing.
(4) After yoga, Take a bath with hot water.
(5) Do not do asanas by jerking or forcing while doing yoga.
(6) Do not talk while doing yoga.
(7) After doing yoga, you should do Shavasana for a while. Shavasana is the entire asana. Therefore, fatigue in the body disappears.
(8) If you do not feel tired after doing asanas, your body feels light and if you have increased vigor to work, then it must be understood that yoga is being done well.
