(9) आसने केल्ल्यांनातर जर थकवा वाटला नाही ,शरीर हलके वाटले आणि जर काम करण्याचा जोम वाढला तर निश्चितच समजावे की योगासने चांगल्या प्रकारे करण्यात येत आहेत।
